Registering with Betting sport is free and straightforward. There are, however, a few important rules that must be followed.

• One Account Policy: Only one account is allowed per person. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email, or device is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: Your name, date of birth, and mobile number must all be accurate. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal, you must verify your identity using a National ID card or birth certificate.
• Password Protection: Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility. Allowing others to access your account is prohibited.
• Updating Your Information: If your mobile number or email changes, update your account immediately.

There are some fundamental rules for placing bets on betting sport that apply equally to all members.

In cricket, results determined by the DLS method will be considered valid. If a match is not completed due to rain or other reasons and no result is declared, bets will generally be void. Specific rules for each sport are detailed in the betting sport Sports Rules section.

All financial transactions on betting sport are secure and transparent. The following rules regarding deposits and withdrawals are mandatory.

• Use Your Own Number: Transactions must only be made through bKash, Nagad, or bank accounts registered in your own name.
• Transaction Fees: betting sport does not charge any transaction fees. Any charges from mobile banking or your bank are separate.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed.
• Withdraw via the Same Method: Where possible, withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Suspicious Transactions: betting sport may investigate and temporarily hold any unusual or suspicious transactions.

Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. If the deposit number and withdrawal number do not match, additional verification will be required and processing may be delayed. This rule is in place to protect members.

Bonuses and promotional offers at Betting sport are subject to specific terms and conditions. Each bonus has its own set of requirements, clearly stated on the offer page.

• Rollover Requirement: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly – they become withdrawable only after a specified wagering amount has been met. The rollover requirement varies by bonus.
• Duration: Every bonus and voucher has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• One bonus at a time: It is generally not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• Abuse Prohibited: Creating multiple accounts or placing coordinated bets to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Right to Amend: Betting sport reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

To maintain a fair and orderly environment, Betting sport strictly prohibits the following activities.

• Operating multiple accounts or claiming multiple bonuses from the same household.
• Betting on match-fixing or using insider information.
• Manipulative betting patterns that exploit the system for unfair advantage.
• Unauthorized access to another person's account or hacking.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial transactions.
• Use of stolen payment methods or fraudulent identities.
• Introducing viruses or malicious software into the Betting sport system.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward customer service representatives.

Any member found engaging in the prohibited activities listed above will have their account closed without notice. Relevant authorities will be informed if necessary.

Either Betting sport or the member may close an account. The rules for both scenarios are outlined below.

Account Suspension by Betting Sport:

• Involvement in prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure without notice.
• Withdrawals are on hold until KYC verification is complete.
• Temporarily suspended pending investigation of unusual betting patterns.

Account Closed by Member:

• Self-exclusion or cooling-off can be activated from your Profile Settings.
• Requests for permanent account closure can be sent to support@bettingsport.app.
• Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

What happens to active bonuses and bets when an account is closed depends on individual circumstances. Please contact the support team for details.

• Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you object to the revised Terms, please withdraw your balance before closing your account.
• Previous versions of the terms are available from the support team upon request.

If there is any ambiguity or conflict between the Bangla and English versions of these Terms, the Bangla version shall take precedence as it is considered the original document.
